I saw a bracelet (any TAI jewelry piece) at a boutique and want the exact item, but cannot find on your retail site. How can I buy the exact bracelet?

All TAI jewelry pieces sold on our online retail site is exclusively designed and created for the TAI online site. If you would like to purchase an item that you saw at one of the boutiques or major retailers, please contact us at customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with a picture and/or style detail. We will try to locate that item with our retailers and reply back to you through email.

 

I don’t see the necklace (any TAI jewelry piece) that I bought last month on your website anymore. Will it be available any time soon?

If you don’t see the item on the website anymore, please contact us at customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with a picture and/or style number. We will reply back to you by email on the status should the item be available again. We can also help direct you to similar styles available on the TAI online site.

 

I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your confirmation order and listed items of your purchase. If you haven’t received it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If the email is not in your Spam folder, please send an email to customerservice@tai-rittichai.com so we can re-send the confirmation email.

 

I forgot my password. Can you help?

Under the sign in portion, you can click the highlighted area “Forgot My Password”. From there, just follow the directions until you can log-in to your account.

 

How can I track my order?

After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number. Please track through www.USPS.com.

 

Can I remove items from my order after I check out?

You cannot remove items from your order online after you check out. If you would like to revise, please email customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with the subject heading as “REVISE ORDER: [CUSTOMER NAME – ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER]. You must email us for revisions within 1-2 hours of receiving a confirmation email your order. After this time period, we will not be able to revise your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-2 hours Mon-Fri. On weekends please allow 24 hours. Please email customerservice@tai-rittichai.com with subject heading as “CANCEL ORDER: [CUSTOMER NAME – ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER] as soon as possible so we can meet your request.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax based on your state sales tax rate.

 

I’m buying an item from TAI as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping. However, all TAI jewelry is delivered with a TAI pouch.

 

How long does it take for my order to process?

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-2 hours Mon-Fri. On weekends please allow 24 hours. As soon as you order is ready to ship, we will send an email with your tracking number and you can track the delivery through usps.com.

 

Do you only accept Credit Cards for payment?

We accept major credit cards and Paypal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks, cash, COD, and/or money orders.

 

Is shipping free?

Shipping is only free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a flat rate fee of $5. For international shipping costs and expedited shipping, shipping costs are determined by recipient location. 

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We only delivery to residential or commercial addresses.

 

I bought a TAI item from a different retailer and would like to return. Where do I return the item?

If you bought any TAI jewelry items from boutiques or online store other than our TAI online retail site, we will not accept these returns. Only items bought from our TAI online retail site is accepted.
