TAI Online Store Return Guidelines
For any reason you are not satisfied with your TAI purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price - shipping charges will not be refunded as it is paid to the carrier upon label creation. You may send via a carrier of your choice to the address below, including your order number in the package.
To return your purchased item, please follow these steps:
- Ship your Return to TAI Rittichai, Inc. within 30 days of the receive date
- Make sure your return purchase is in its original condition, without physical damages and alterations
- Fully protect your return item with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc. and enclose in a size appropriate box. No envelopes. We can not accept if damaged in transit.
- Affix the return label if provided and ship to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please e-mail us at email@example.com, with the subject heading of ONLINE RETURN: INQUIRY – [ORDER NUMBER].
Any gifted product given during a promotion such as: Gift With Purchase or Buy One, Get One, cannot be returned. Please include your gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift.
All promotional gifts are available while supplies last.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you would like to purchase an item in lieu of what you originally bought, please return the item, using the return steps above, and simply place a new order for the item that you would like. A refund from the return will be applied towards the new purchase. We will only be able to provide exchanges and returns for products purchased from our online store, we do not cover purchases made from other small businesses. Please reach out to the business you made your purchase from to obtain an exchange, return or refund of your product.
Incorrect or Defective Item:
If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece. They will provide further instruction on how to return. Please email us and return the incorrect item within 10 days of the receipt date and a defective item within 3 months of receipt date.
If you have purchased our products from another business and you received a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to the business from which you made your purchase to cover your exchange/return in question.
